Same show new title.
I wonder what the "Independent Circus" refers to on this bill car? The John Ringling conglomerate no longer existed.
Most of my early memories of life come from York.

Drove up to Charlotte from here in Columbia a couple of weeks ago and decided to come back thru York. Been there several time, not much has changed in the downtown area. Old winterquarters shed is still there with 'CIRCUS WINTERQUARTERS' painted on the side. I have also been told that Ray Rogers owned a grocery store and theater in York, do you know anything about that ? One of the old showman I met showed me the building where the grocery store was and the theater building is still there, but no longer operating. I sent you some pictures a while back, if you want me to send more let me know.
