This appears to be artwork from the Henry Fonda movie "Chad Hanna" Released by Twentieth Century FOX in 1940. One of my favorite circus films.

Jerry: Wasn't this the show that had all those Gymsasts?
Ole Whitey;
You're right. This is the show with all the "gymsats" and at the end , Patina thinks Henry Fonda's new found elephant is a "ji-raff". I wish this film was available on DVD.
