"GSOE" Billing #6

This poster from the 1961 release shows more activity than the previous - and promotes the association with Cecil B. DeMille who had died a little more than a year earlier.

Strange that Paramount added a man at Lower Right, weilding a whip, usually suggestive of the cat act, when no such act was in the film. Just as out-of-place are the ordinary street clothes on this man in a poster selling a circus spectacle, when such awkward wardrobe didn't embarrass the show until recent years.
