Circus Vargas #1 (From Jerry Cash)

Having read some of the recent thoughts on the current Circus Vargas, I thought I might share with you some pictures taken between 1974 and 1984 when it was Cliff's version of Circus Vargas. I know, different time, different place, but it's fun to look back at a great show.

"A RETURN TO THE RICH TRADITION OF THE CIRCUS AS IT ONCE WAS IN AMERICA" That was the copy on one of the early Circus Vargas posters. There will never be another Clifford Vargas, or a show of that kind of magnitude. I've spent the last three weeks visiting friends on the new show and I've got to tell you... IT'S A GREAT SHOW!
