No mention of the elusive Mr. Concello but plenty of familiar names that remained with him for a long time, George Werner, The Sheriff, Hamburger Jack, etc......

That's quite a list of circus personalities on one show.

See Duke Drukenbrod listed as Clyde's manager. Duke had been a longtime hand on the corp. shows as sideshow manager for Hagenbeck Wallace, etc. Anyone know how long he was his manager?

I just called my good circus fan friend Mike Piccolo to ask him about Duke Drukenbrod.
Mike said he was walking down the midway in Uniontown, Pa with his large photo album.
Duke was making the sidehow pitch and over the loud speaker and he said hey you with the photo album come over here.
Mike said Duke was always dressed to perfection and they were great friends to the end.
Great days of the circus.

I would accompany Kenny Dodd on

visits to Art in his later years

both in his "NorthArt" office &

also in his train cars behind it

He would regale us with tales of

this show that seemed to have a

very special place in his memory

Kenny would prefer to see him in

this location so as to minimize

Art's coming to his house with a

cigar (dropping ashes) smelling

up the place for days

Interesting to see Shorty Henkle

(spelled with an E) as music for

the sideshow Looks to be an early

P/C title (only kidding)
