Armando Gaona was making the turn with his trailer toward the 59th Street exit when he clipped the tank on one of those conctete planters sending it's contents streaming down toward the Grand Fountain and the oncoming crowd of top hat and evening gowned guests headed for the Met. One unsuspecting lady was overheard saying, "Look! The circus artists are leaving, how exciting!
