Plenty of excitement today since our extended families will attend today's final performance here in Tampa.
The reason I mention this is to alert the artists not to put away the good wardrobe just yet.
I asked Elliott to come along in case I should decide to go back to the elephant tent and need verification when I explain to Jumpin' Joe and the hands how we did it in the olden days when we had "...wagons of wood and men of iron!"
Barbara is upright after the knee replacemant but I'm going to take the wheel chair along, a lot of walking involved.
Dalilah has also included a few of her Verizon friends.

So in honor of this highly auspicious occasion here's some stuff from the 1952 RBBB program, exactly sixty years ago when the "Greatest Show On Earth" film made it's debut.

The model for this 1952 program cover is actress Eva Gabor, who was in her early 30s at the time that this painting was completed. According to artist Charles Baskerville, the only thing Ms. Gabor asked for in exchange for posing was a ride on an elephant.
