It is sad to see Harriett Beatty pictured in the '51 program. She died the previous season, on October 25, 1950, aboard the train, in their private 61 Car, in Kosciusko, Mississippi. It could be the magazine was produced far in advance, or that Beatty wanted this photo as a continuing tribute to his late wife.
