From Buckles: Joe Bradbury in the Nov.-Dec. 1976 Bandwagon included this Billboard review: "Display No. 6 Clowns headed by Otto Griebling, Bo Bo Barnett, Horace Laird, Freddie Freeman and Emmett Kelly. These boys do a good job and keep the crowd well entertained but the bow must go go Kelly who is not still one minute during the entire show. His comedy is not tiring and anyone that can pick at a head of cabbage for half an hour and keep the audience laughing has a perfect right to call himself a comedian."
