Tommy, what can I say? He is still pounding stakes and putting his Circus up here and there around Polk County and beyond. I clowned for his son at the International Market World in Auburndale on the weekends for a few months in 2007 to see if I still had it and to get a few gags together. I did still have it and I now have a few new gags and a show in my trunk. Every show we did was a good show and a few exceptional shows – they were constantly changing and improving. I will always be proud of the time I spent there in the heat at that flee market, and I keep having to remind myself not to regret that I blew the show. That’s a long story you’ll have to read it in my book, but by the time I finish writing, books may be a thing of the past.

John I dont know Tommys Children - but I worked a few Dates with Tommy Sr. when he left us at RB,B&B CW & went Out on His Own -
We had A GREAT Time - just us Two -" Put On Our 1 Hour Extravaganza "
( hello - haha )
Dog Acts , Clowning , Juggling , Ballancing , Unicycle etc. & were well rewarded by PASSEN THE HAT & HE Never Stoped !
He's a Mult-Tallented Circus Man & Quite A Charactor , He has an Old World Stamina , Drive & Flavor , I found Him Enthusiastic & Exciting .

I believe He & Mishu came to the US somehow as A Package Deal ?

Tommy got some free publicity about a year ago when one of his little monkeys got loose and ran berserk through a local neighborhood. The sensational NEWs picked up on the story and Tommy’s interview was priceless. In his Ukrainian accent, and with the monkeys mate on his lap, shoulder, neck and so forth he told the media not to be worried because the monkeys were married and in love and the renegade monkey will be coming back soon.

Mishu, Ursula, and Tommy are a can of worms that I don’t want to know about. I will say that these hard people survive by their discipline, and it was a great moment for me when I gained their respect.
