Repurposed Huddle House?
Or Toddle House.
You guys are giving your ages away. Remember what great hash-browns they had at Toddle House? They put paprika on them I recall.
Something I never find anymore is poached eggs with corn beef hash.
This little tire shop still stands in Northeast Nashville but it doesn't look like this anymore, very run-down and painted brown- but not in this millennium.
You're my kind of guy O W. I cried when I found that Broadcast Corn Beef Hash was no longer being made........
Hash browns, grits, bacon, eggs, sourdough toast....hey which way is the cookhouse ?
Best, Paul Gutheil
Uncle Joe's Diner, Rte 20, in Hamburg, NY still features hash and eggs! Piled high. Favorite stop during the Erie County Fair.

Pity that it's so far off my
intended route these days
Mr.Dave,
Now that you have all of the readers hooked, please tell the rest of the story concerning the circus museum and tire shop.
