I'm going to go out on a limb and say this was '79. I saw the show that season (Ottumwa, Iowa - early July.) Recall the John Marrone cat act, the juggler (Wally Eastwood?) and Phil Chandler illusions.

Also would not be a bit surprised if someone picked up that program well into the 1980 season. It was standard practice not to make an updated program available until the previous season's supply was sold out.
