The music heard on the soundtrack while these Disney characters are parading by is “It’s a Hap Hap Happy Day,” which is actually from an animated feature film produced by Walt Disney’s long-time rival Max Fleischer. (The fact that Fleischer’s cartoons and animated features were released by Paramount might have had something to do with the choice of music.) Incidentally, Clarence Nash, who provided the original voice of Donald Duck, makes an unbilled appearance as one of circus spectators.
Nash’s name is in the GSOE full-cast listing that THE INTERNET MOVIE DATABASE has posted on-line. I don’t know the specific scene he’s in, although it is undoubtedly one of those filmed in Hollywood that shows people seated in the stands. According to IMDb, Arthur Q. Bryan (the voice of Elmer Fudd) is also an unbilled spectator.

Eric - Do you know what scene he's in? This is a new bit of trivia for me. Thanks! ~frank
