Unidentified but I'd say Barnum & Bailey.
The Barnum elephant men wore turbans in parade and the Ringling men had white helmets.

This is Barnum & Bailey, June 11, 1908 in Newport, RI. There is a whole series of these photos that were obtained several decades ago from the local newspaper. Not sure they knew about it.

There is also a set of Forepaugh-Sells parade shots made earlier in the same location, so be careful in saying which show. The B&B set includes some former Forepaugh-Sells vehicles. There's also a Sig Sautelle parade set perhaps in the same locale, except at street level. The setting must have been close to the photographer's studio.

I have the Forepaugh set as well, made in 1907. Those photos were take from a building window on the opposite side of the street (Thames St.). I also have the Sautelle photos from 1913.

Perhaps you should contact me...we may do some photo trading?

We see (relatively) lots of photos of the big shows but not many of such modest shows as Sautelle at this time. Would be nice to see what kind of parade wagons they carried.
