Ole Whitey said...: Steve only stayed on Beatty-Cole a year or two and went back to the Cristianis when Pete had Cristiani-Wallace out. The last few times I saw him was when he had the Strates menagerie and when they got rid of their animals after 1971, he stayed over there with a pony sweep.

I know the MGM elephants went to Carson and Barnes, maybe the old King Bros elephants were all dead by then?

Steve told me he was born in Milton near Janesville.
