Several questions. How big was the top and also how many show owned trucks?
In 1959, Cristiani Bros. had a new big top that was 140 ft. round with three 50 ft. middles. It was solid blue with yellow trim on the inside. The menagerie was 70 ft. round with six 20 ft. middles. It was in its secound year and was blue and white stripe. The side show was 60 ft. round with two 30 ft. middles. This tent was white.
The show had 22 semi's, 5 buses, and 10 straight beds. Almost all the trucks were painted the new color scheme of blue and white.
On the lot, in Los Angeles, it was a very impressive show.
