The pumper and ladder photos are both Forepaugh-Sells, 1906 or 1907, the two years that a Fighting the Flames number headlined the offerings. If the photos were taken in Newport, RI, they are July 19, 1907. The Ringlings leased the fire show apparatus to the Gollmars for 1908. One of the pumpers was a Silsby, the other a Holroyd, with other wagpns for the display coming from John Immel & Sons of Columbus, OH. Another photo marketed by Bernard [and incorrectly identified as Hale's] that records the fire show scenery in the big top. There's also a photo showing a flames show billstand promoting the September 8, 1906 engagement in San Francisco, with the burned out city hall in the background.
