I like the paintwork remains - the Dog & Pony show letters are one set - but would the catapault in his hand have been with it? or, in another incarnation of the wagon (I know using them can be very accurate)
Sad that this little wagon isn’t still around as no such example survives. Behind it can be seen more of the bandwagon. Perhaps others can tell us more about the bandwagon and this likely overland, dog-and-pony show wagon with its painted but now well-worn sides. Dick Flint Baltimore

The photo I have of this says Sipe's Dog and Pony Show wagon. I can't say for sure, that is just what is wrote on my photo.
