On Sid, the hat is mine, the shoes are mine, the gloves are mine. Lucio and I did the clown fight that season on Kellners Show, Sid Kellner never missed it.

That same year, Lucio, Gilda and family, Buckles, Barbara, and family, and my wife and I, all spent part of the summer on Farmer Foast's farm, in Three Rivers, Michigan. It was a great time for me.

I did the clown fight with Lucio for the last three
year on the Cristiani Bros. Show.

On the way back from California (1959) in Louisiana, he hurt his ankle in leaps and I went in for him. I tore up my knee trying to do his big step off. I was helped to the backyard, and there was already an ambulance there with young elephant man in it, I crawled in on the floor and the two of us were off to the New Iberia hospital.

I believe that New Iberia, LA was the home of jazz great Bunk Johnson.

Bob,

Not only Bunk Johnson, but also guitarist Scott Bernard, who played with Kenny Loggins.
