Buckles:
I wonder if this might be your old alma mater the Wallace show right after the Coca-Cola group arrived?
I think you're right.
The four smaller elephants would be the Coke bulls "Marian, "Addie", "Cora" and "Inez".
They joined from the Downie Show in 1940 but according to my files Mac didn't take over until 1941.
For some reason I don't remember him at all despite the fact I can recall a lot of people on the show prior to that.
Boy am I glad you agree!
I didn't want to come off as some upstart telling the recognized authority his business.
Like the time I told C B DeMille how to direct a crowd scene.
Don't ever let me make THAT mistake again!
Buckles, is that Bert Pettus, 3rd from Right?
Right again!
I'm falling down on the job.
Okay now, who are you and what have you done with Buckles?
