Eventually recovering the rest of the stolen money (in a manner of speaking), Inspector Elliott now sets about to catch the master-criminal responsible for planning the Tower Bridge robbery. Using the throwing knives with the distinctive emblems, Elliott provokes the mystery man into revealing himself. (When Elliott and his bobbies move in to make the arrest, it appears that the master-criminal is the only one of them who has a gun!) Escaping into the upper reaches of the arena, the mystery man ends up paying the supreme penalty for his crimes. |
