Hi Buckles ;
I know this Sarasota Antique Art Dealer who has this ODD Artifact for Sale for $150.00 .
( It seams to be Old : Wax & Hair etc. in a wooden box & also looks Nicely Done for the price )
He also has some Paperwork for Two " Possible Creators " of This Object ;
This is Homar Martin Tate - Supposedly a Master in making these kind of Oddity's for P.T.Barnum.

I believe it is a "Knock-off" of a Tate..and not a very good one..reason being: Homer's wouldnt have looked this good...

Buckle's-
It would be a good addition to go along with the Gaffed up "Big John" (see Tennessee Ernie Ford)stuff...or perhaps it could be used as the Blow-off?...
