Assuming these are all from 1949, if you look at the far right section of banners in the color pic below you will see there were some changes made during the season, including this panel of Marvello. As you know sometimes more than one banner referred to the same performer.
I wonder if Marvello was some other guy in the sideshow who could also juggle and when changes were made in the lineup, the manager said, "Okay, Charlie, from now on you juggle a few clubs in addition to your regular act and we'll introduce you as Marvello- and you get an extra $10 per week."
In other words, the "addition" of Marvello was to fill in a spot.

According to my files of the RBBB midway the 2 color pix are from 1950. Betty Broadbent was not on the show in 1949.
