I think Harry Doll was also in a picture with Lon Chaney years earlier.
Harry Doll was born Kurt Schneider. He came over from Germany ca. 1915. He took the name of an employer and was billed in pictures as Harry Earles. Under this name, he co-starred with Lon Chaney in THE UNHOLY THREE, both in the 1925 original silent, and again in the 1930 talkie re-make. In his movie days, he worked in films in the off-seasons, while appearing for full seasons with RBBB. Harry Doll, as we knew him best, died in Sarasota in 1985. (Above source: IMDb.)
