Those dates were never played--it was 1944 and the remnants of the show had just returned to Sarasota after having made the trip from Hartford in the last days of the previous week. After the July 6 fire, Ringling was not allowed to leave the Barbour St lot until the 13th when it finally loaded its train at the Windsor St rail crossing. Dick Flint Baltimore
