ROUND END

Hi Buckles

Could you possibly include this plan with the "1948 RBBB (set 3) #1"

post that I just replied to (duplicate here)

Thanks Mark but I had said the

same thing about the middles

when the photo of the 4 pole top

was run some days back

When I read the caption that said

there were 14 sections it didn't

make sense to me as I had only

seen round ends in 2 sections each

In reviewing an old Lief plan of

a 200' round I can see that the

ends were in 4 sections each

I'll send the drawing to Buckles

Thanks

Chic

This plan is from page 214 of Ernest Chandler's "Awnings and Tents: Construction and Design" published by the author in 1914 and appears on page 214. It was one of several scans I contributed to this blog early in Feb 2008 as part of a series about 19th century circus tents.
