Can't identify the trainer, but the four guys on top look like Zeppo, Groucho, Harpo and Chico! ~frank
Freedonia has gone to war!
Frank: You're not old enough to remember Zeppo.
There was also a Gummo 'way back.
Gummo headed up a theatrical agency with Zeppo and when that had run its course he became a Hollywood agent with Groucho as his primary client. Gummo was the nickname given him by his brothers, not because he always chewed gum, but because he liked sneaking uo on people, like a 'gum-shoe'. ~frank
There was a Broadway Musical
about their family and how they
became known as the Marx Brothers
titled "Minnie's Boys" and their
real names were Leonard Adolph
Julius Milton and Herbert
Must have left him in Nacogdoches!
Names DOB Age at Death
Chico/Leonard 1887 74
Harpo/Adolph* 1888 75
Groucho/Julius 1890 86
Gummo/Milton 1893 83
Zeppo/Herbert 1901 78
The boys all lived into 'a ripe old age' Groucho & Gummo died within four months of each other.
Here's a chance to win $50. Who's buried in Grant's tomb?
Groucho
One morning I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got into my pajamas I'll never know.
Groucho Marx
