This bandwagon probably doubled as the office and ticket wagon on the lot. What better way to protect the contents than to have them rolling through the streets and not abandoned on the lot? This was a railroad show wagon, as were the three larger cages. Bigger bodies, smaller diameter wheels with wider tires, etc.
