Every event marketing and sales VP has an assigned region such as Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West, South, Europe, Mexico, Asia ....etc. It is common for regions to overlap and change with business demands.

There is no difference in the titles or responsibility. Sometimes the title is shortened to VP Event Marketing and Sales for the sake of brevity.

Do the regional VP's report to Jeff?

My point is that these regional VP's that do not include the region in their title are trying to imply that they are national VP's and not just regional.
There is a big difference in responsibility and salary.
