The music score for the "Circus Toyland" spec featured quite a few Victor Herbert numbers as well as a lot of other music popular in the early 1900s. Of all the Ringling spec scores I've heard or played, it remains my all-time favorite.

seeing all these acts from my Ringling days is a swift reminder of the years gone by--oh so quickly! everyone in these shots is either retired or passed. They were all great and special in their own right and brought a lot of originality and showmanship to the Irvin Feld era! And so it goes...

Check out this month's issue of "Spectacle" for Jack Ryan's concluding article on Ringling Press agents and his experiences with stars like Gunther. Great read! ~frank
