And the show goes on --- why ?? nobody seems to know , but with a little less sparkle , and a lot less showmanship without Ben --- we pick up the broken pieces of our hearts , family and friends , and smile to the audience , as we struggle onwards.

A wonderful get together yesterday at the Showfolk's club of Ben's family, friends and fans to celebrate his magnificent life.

He will long be remembered in the circus world for the brilliant star that he was!

Beautiful! I was thinking of you all yesterday, very often and saying a silent prayer for you all and for Ben. He truly was one of a kind.

Ben was an amazing Performer but more importantly he was a good man. An awesome dad to Stormy and Skye, a good husband to Darlene, a sweet and caring son to our parents and a fantastic big brother to Shannon and I. A big “Thank You” to all who have sent their many heart felt condolences and to those of you who were able to attend yesterday’s “Celebration of Life” for Ben.

Sincerely,

Dalilah

Barbara and Buckles,

When I wrote "May All Your Days..." back in 1968, figured it was a one-time signature for some Program Books.

Seeing it on your blog, as it was used for Ben's memorial, is a very humbling experience for me.

Wish I could have been there. At least my words were.

As always,

Jack
