Thanks to everyone!

Barbara and I along with Ben's and Shannon's families wish to thank everyone for their condolences. The past 48 hours have been mind boggling. It turns out that Ben had appointed Dalilah executor of his Living Will with instructions that he be cremated immediately with as little fanfare as possible. The only exception being an eventual gathering at the Showfolks Club and a drink left for him at the end of the bar. Mine and Barbara's last moments with him were at the altar in the Funeral Home where he lie enshrouded in a white sheet. As we stood there I was stunned to see a trickle of blood come from his nose and continue down his face. I was later told by an attendant that not having been embalmed, this is commonplace. Barbara was completely unaffected and reached into her purse and with a Kleenex proceeded to wipe away the blood as though he was a little boy again and had fallen off his bike.
