These final shots are of the reloaded train in Syracuse and are both part of the last cut waiting to get coupled up.

Isn't this the Strates family coach on permanent display at the NY State Fair, versus part of this year's train consist?

Yes the family coach is on display at the NY State Fair year around, however the "Last Two Shots" are of the last cut reloaded awaiting to be coupled.

The Minnesota State Fair has Royal American Cars on permanent display.
A very nice recognition of shows of the past (not Strates, hopefuly).
Also, Black River Falls, Wi has a Clyde Beaty flat on display.

The Flatcar in Black River Falls was # 67 on the Great Circus Parade since 1971 when the Carl Sedlmyer family placed it on loan to the Circus World Museum. In September of 2003, Laura Sedlmyer sold this flatcar to David Hoffman of Hoffman Construction who was involved with the CWM as a Board member, I Believe. While it is painted for the Clyde Beatty Circus, the Royal American Shows bought it from the defunct Cetlin and Wilson Shows in 1968. There is a good chance that this is one of five flatcars that RBBB sold to Cetlin and Wilson in 1952 however that can't be positively determined. It is a nice honor however.

Did you hear this year's Tennessee State Fair in Nashville was the last one? Been losing money for several years.

Bob C,
Sorry I didn't mention that it came from CWM and was not on the Beatty show. However, I agree that any form of recognition like this is very nice.
