Surprisingly, the Chicago program had only 5 pages of commercial advertising, including the full-page ads that ran on the inside covers and on the back cover. (One wonders why the Chicago Park Board didn’t use its political clout to fill its program with ads like the Shrine circuses used to do. They could have made even more money from this engagement. |

Just wonder if there is any
connection between the Goodman
Ice Cream Company & the Goodman
Theater (a major regional) that
has been a spawning ground for
many Broadway productions and
went through major renovations
a few years back
It is located on Randolph just
around the corner from the
glorious Oriental Theater
