Got to spend quite a bit of time around this gal while working at Arena Mexico for Atayde in the 80's. What a neat lady.
My mother assisted Otavio and Genavieve, her parents, in their snake act in the old country before coming to the USA,
My mother would bust out laughing every time she would mention it.
Tosca sure had the bounding rope act of its time, for those of you who do not know. The last time I saw her work was with her sister Chi Chi and one of the Gertona girls, I think it was Shirley, doing an unsupported ladder act at the Detroit Mich.Police Circus in the late 60's
When thinking of La Tosca, the word Class sure comes to mind.
