I believe that's a rubber wagon

behind them by the number of tires

Not sure who the fellow is but it

doesn't look like Charlie

Not too sure if that's Charlie King or not, but I hated that wagon. "Pulling Rubber" was the worse job on the show for the seat butchers! ~frank

I really loved the King Charles Troupe, they had a nice long run for a group of guys from a low-income neighborhood. ~frank

This is not Charlie

Charlie's dad was a great guy

who would come around the show

from time to time to keep an

eye on the act he put together

to give some kids a chance to

do something productive with

their free time and it turned

into a multi generational act

that has been featured with the

Harlem Globetrotters as well as

spending many years on the show

Bill Bradley & Jerry Fries also

were glad to get a group of boys

with a natural sense of rythm

which added some punch to the

production numbers

Some of us may remember the

dissaster of trying to put

together the "Queen Charles"

troupe in Venice in the 80s

There was a joke fight among

some management folks that

will go nameless about the

linnen concession on the train

CHIC-
The Queen Charles troupe was registered at the Venice Villas when I checked in for Clown College in September of 74.
What a handful!
They had early morning rehearsals at the arena. Once there was pandemonium when one of the girls fell off the balcony on to the parking lot.
Shortly thereafter, the Queen and her court were packed and flown and never heard from again until this morning when you mentioned their name!
LOL

Hey Mike

"PANDA MONIUM" sounds like a

great name for a Panda themed

Spec extravaganza or Menage

except that they don't do

those anymore like before
