I'm guessing that this is an end view of the ticket wagon that the inflatable marquee encompasses.

Buckles,
I didn't think about the ticket wagon until you mentioned it. However, I was wondering why an air conditioner was cut into the back instead of one or two units on the roof.
It makes perfect sense because the inflate covers the roof.
Didn't the Producer, Michael Edgley, bring the Disney on Parade unit and the Russian Moscow Circus to AU in the 70's?
A follow-up to the air conditioner, Henry, what is the weather like down there? Are there "seasons" like the USA or is there a time of year that the extremes would hinder tented touring.

I had an interesting phone conversation with Chic Silber yesterday who had just returned from Europe.
Commenting on the Henry Schrorer photos, he added that Mr. Edgley also produced the Australian tour of the Monte Carlo Show in 1980.
He invited Barbara and I to see one of the Road Companies of "Wicked" that will tour Florida next winter.

Mike,

January is summer and July is winter. They probably get colder the farther south you go. I was working there on a freighter in 71.

The trailer with the poster on the back is for living quarters, has two rooms with shower, kitchenette bunk and a pullout couch under need.and each with a air conditioner. The rooms remind me of the staterooms on the Ringling show. The doors are in the middle of the trailer. We build six of them in Australia and six so far here in New Zealand. That's what I do in my spare time now.I also build the front with the light arches and the fences. In NZ you don't need Air-cons because it does not get that hot over here but in Aussie it gets very hot in the summer and in the north of the country it is hot almost all year. The ticket office has three air-cons, one for each office to the right and left and one for the sales room in the middle.

The shows over here toure all year and most of them only stop for three weeks over the Christmas season. Ron is wright, the further south you go the colder it gets. Queensland where the show opened is like Florida, it`s called the sunshine state. It has the sunshine highway and the sunshine coast and the wetter is almost the same with all the rain and the storm`s. Just not as severe as you guys get it.
