Yes, it is.
By the way, two of Cesare's sisters appeared in the U.S.A., at RBBB in the late 40s and 50s. His sister Missy Togni was one of the Simili perch troupe. The other, Angly Togni, was one of the Bogino risley and tumblig troupe, and she regularly took part in equestrian pyramids with Justino Loyal. Both were involved in specs or eventual high school displays.
Those two ladies were the only Togni to appear in Usa before Flavio.
