Net Loss......................24 lbs.

Another break-even week.
At least I'm a lot more streamlined than when this picture was taken in Hershey.

Heard this on a radio program on the way home from work. The more you lose at first, the less you will lose as time goes by, because you don't burn as many calories trying to keep up the former weight. Makes sense to me. Start walking 6 miles a day and then you will burn up all kinds of calories.
But no greasy really good hamburgers.
