The "Unknown Trainer #1" in the pictures that you posted from Joey Ratliff, and Rafaelle de Ritis is the Romanian animal trainer Stefan Plesoianu. He presents a mixed cage act consisting of two white lions, and six tigers (two white, two Bengal, and two Siberian/Amur). The video that Mr. Ratliff mentioned is from February 2008.
