I wonder if the show has clear title to "Kelly-Miller" or if it is leased from Dorey's heirs?

Barbara Byrd still "owns" the title. Sale of the circus included its use for a specified number of years. After that I imagine the continued use will be renegotiated, or the title will be sold, or the show will adopt a new title. As it's been at least forty years since the Miller family actually operated a show using the KM title it seems unlikely that they would want it back for their own use...

I have exclusive rights on "Ken & Nicole Consolidated" if he would be interested.

If one could negotiate for the use of the name Yingling (Office gals on Vargas) Farnum (Chuck) and Daily (Clown John Daily) You could have "Yingling Bros. Farnum and Daily".......Jim Zajicek (Lawsuit waitin to happen)

I always liked the old Ketchum & Cheatham- Daily & Howe title.

That was of course Dewie's show that Mr Whitey is speaking of. Later had a law firm of Dewie-Cheatham-& Howe.

Dear Mr.Dewey,

Sorry to have upset you about my spelling. But there are two ways to spell Dewey. Please check with the Federal Trade Commission as they have a Dewie the turtle. He is like Smokey Bear, and Woodsy Owl. Teaches little ones about computor safety.
And what in the world is"Car Talk"???
