Yes it is also Frank Mc Clusky and Leonard Aylesworth at left.

They're known as the Concello seat wagons, but Bill Curtis was the likely mechanical genius behind them. He had a long career of circus inventions, including earlier seats wagons, canvas spools, tongue locks, seat jack cables and more. Concello did have one impact on the design: he sized the chairs and spacing to suit his short frame.

In other words, today's oversized adults and some children would need 2 tickets to sit in the grandstand. Now instead of
$35.00 cheap seats on RBB&B we can charge $70 for the low price seats.
What a great idea to make more money!
