These pictures puzzled me until Dick Flint pointed out that '84 was the year the CHS Convention was held in Baraboo and that Shannon and I took the elephants down to the Court House Square to honor the plaques that had been placed for Baraboo related circus people. This would account for Rick Pfening's inclusion in one picture These pictures were taken during my "Poor man's Robert Baudy" period.
