I'm hard-pressed to pick a favorite for the ring. Horses, like Sylvias, running free in the ring or decked out with all this bling! Hey it rhymes too. cc

Buckles,
sawAs I have given this act kudo's in the past, I want to add the the 2times I saw it at MC I sure felt it should get gold. All so just "my" opinion, but the more gear on a horse, bling or otherwise, the more visually pleasing it is to me. Every European horse act, I have seen is truely in a class by itself.

Buckles,
Please excuse the typo's and mistakes. I am trying out a new laptop, I just purchased. Next time I'm in a different country trying to defend myself as the bullets are flying, I won't be racing around in a cab, looking for a workable computer.

Judging by the muzzles, I'd guess these boys are intact.
I like both styles of presentation - the more formal 'checked' liberty acts and the wild look of un-harnessed horses, throwing their manes and tossing their heads. Sylvia's act is one of the most memorable liberty numbers I've seen in years and better, I think, than when she showed them in traditional harness.
Imaginative, elaboratly costumed numbers like this one are a show in itself. Man, I wish we had the old days back.
Remember the days when the Monte Carlo Festival was televised here? It used to be a highlight of my year, along with Ringling from St. Pete, Bert Parks show every Saturday afternoon, and the host of other circus specials that we were lucky enough to enjoy.
But, I did hear that NBC will be doing a show similar to dancing with the stars, but with circus performers. Though, I'd guess it will be centered around performers from Soleil.

HM,
Does NBC realize the man born for the head judgeship on this dance show, sits at the controls of the mother blog, his dance skills and knowledge, honed to the sharpness of a priceless Katana blade, by his lovely bride, in preparation of this day.

Buckles,
For what it is worth, and I don't know the reason, if there is a reason, but the color choice this year for costumes at MC seemed to be gold and white.

I don't understand, because this act never was in MC before.

Mr. De Ritis,
Sorry, new computer and all. What I meant to say was the two times I saw it work this winter. Thank you for the correction.
