Is this the true or "original" Dancing Waters out of New York City or is this the much later type of presentation that came along later and was known as Waltzing Waters which was a knock off much cheaper and smaller operation out of Florida?
I worked with Dancing Waters years ago in the 60's and it was always a much much larger presentation or effect than that pictured here.
Waltzing Waters was built for much smaller installation and was much more "overnight" portable than Dancing Waters.
Dancing Waters had many more effects and was a lot more dazzling. Dancing Waters could also be set up in a cut down model but usually they went after the big locations. Think Big Top here with a small lot and leaving out one of the middles.
At one time there was a lot of litigation over the patent infringement thing.

I am not sure what Johnny Zoppe named this when it was completed. During construction, it was named "My headache". Wade Burck
Just a technical question.
