| I have another set pictures of all these cages being horse drawn in the daily street parade and it would appear that they used a menagerie top, big show style, rather then include them in the side show. |

Were these cages dragged behind a truck or were they loaded on a flatbed?
I would say they were towed overland.
Pulling a four trailer like this is an experience cared to have.
