Perhaps someone with knowledge of working cages and early arenas would care to comment on the construction of this Hall apparatus. Note the small dolly wheels under the platform sections, surely something intended to be used on a stage, or perhaps for rolling one section on top of another when loaded into a wagon. They wouldn't seem to roll all that well on dirt. It's also rectangular, which seems to have been the shape used by the Bostocks and Feraris or other early 20th century showmen.
