There was no doubt when you saw this arriving in the morning that your day was going to be a very special day. I still can't imagine almost 100 railroad cars of circus arriving in your town. Just Fabulous! This photo shows some of the flats built by the Thrall Manufacturing Car Co. that RBBB bought in 1949. Most, if not all, of these went to Royal American Shows around 1961. The Circus World Museum bought 6 of them from Royal American Shows in 1987. One was fully restored and used in the Great Circus Parade train. Another was readied for use but never re-decked. The remaining four untouched flats are still outside the car barns in Baraboo, Wi. with the Royal American Shows lettering adorning them still. Bob
