Buckles...These pictures of GGW from Sue Lenz are terrific and do a great job of showing the style and energy that made him such an unforgetable circus star. I feel priviliged to have known him and certainly to have seen him work many, many times. He had "it", whatever "it" is. He was the best!

Jack, That picture was from the elephant number's 72-73 tour. It must have been used early on in the Bicentennial publicity. I was riding then dressed as a spaceman. We were gold-digging cowboys for the Bicentennial elephant number.
