From Josip Marcan #2

(Yesterday I took the grandkids to see the Gibsonton Showmen's Circus appearing under the Walker Bros. Circus tent, half way thru the show Ryan asked "Is this Ringling Bros.?"
I couldn't help but reply "Almost".) Buckles

That BACK DOOR is about as non circus as they could get. ICE SHOW just sings out at this entrance. Wish Ken and Nicole Feld would just blow the show all together. It just gets worse.

How did the photographer get out of the building with his life?

Depending on the building, most of the time on Ringling, normal every day still cameras are allowed. If you have a camera bag with a professional looking camera, there may be a problem (Tampa). Of course, video has always been forbidden, even people performing in the show have difficulty in getting permission for friends or family members to tape their acts.

With the advent of picture phones, it is almost impossible to prevent still pictures at circuses, concerts, etc. The new mini recorders are making it almost as difficult to stop video from entering the bldg. We used to spot video by the tell- tale red light, now even binoculars have it.

NEW INCENTIVE for performers to do their best!!! Tell them JIMMY COLE is coming to visit. Don't tell them when. Most circus performers give their best every show any way.
